As our Principal Data Scientist, Ranjan is an integral part of the data team. His role is to frame business problems, and to prototype and develop innovative machine solutions for Stratigens. Ranjan is passionate about problem solving and he loves creating scalable business solutions based on data science.

Ranjan’s expertise is a combination of domain knowledge of analytics, and technical data science skills. Prior to joining Talent Intuition, Ranjan was most recently part of Philips’ data science team, helping to establish the function. Earlier in his career he spent time at Cargill as a process lead in data analytics and market intelligence and at Gartner Talent Neuron.

Ranjan was instrumental in establishing the data science teams at Cargill and at Philips. Developing data science-based solutions that made a direct business impact are his greatest career achievements so far. At Talent Intuition, Ranjan’s ambition is to create data solutions that create genuine customer delight.

In his time outside work Ranjan is a pet lover, spending time with his four-legged furry son, Fudge, going for long drives with family, solo bike rides and getting lost in nature in the Himalayas.
